The sooner the better for both yourselves to ensure the booking and likewise for us to prepare. Generally speaking around 9-12!! months should suffice. If you are a spur-of-the-moment kind of couple, don’t be afraid to try us!
We have previously accommodated up to 200 guests but generally it’s in the region of 75-100, location and type of venue dependent.
